All information submitted by users is processed solely for the purpose of completing their requested service.

3. User Responsibilities

Beekey Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, rejection, or penalties resulting from inaccurate or incomplete user information.

4. Payment & Refunds and Cancellations

We offer refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and transparency. Customers may request a refund if the arrival card application has not yet been submitted to the respective government portal or immigration authority. Once an application is officially submitted and processing has begun, refunds will no longer be possible.

Refunds may also be considered in cases of proven duplicate payment, system failure, or where service delivery was not initiated due to an error on our part. Each refund request will be reviewed individually and may require supporting documentation.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days after approval.
All service fees are clearly displayed before final payment. Once a request is submitted and processing has begun, fees are non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection by immigration authorities.

Refunds are only applicable in cases of accidental duplicate payment.

5. Processing Time & Delivery

Processing times depend on the respective authority and may vary due to peak travel seasons, technical issues, or regulatory changes. Any timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees.

Beekey Travels is not liable for delays outside of our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Beekey Travels shall not be responsible for:

• Government system failures or processing delays

• Denials due to immigration decisions

• Losses including travel, accommodation, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We prioritize user privacy and protect personal data under strict security protocols. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to complete the requested service or when legally obligated.
