REFUND POLICY

To request a refund for any arrival card processing service, customers must contact us directly via phone.

Refunds will only be considered if:
• The application has not yet been submitted to the respective government or immigration system.
• A valid and reasonable explanation is provided.
• Supporting documentation is supplied when requested.

All refund requests are evaluated individually. Approval is not guaranteed and is based on service status and eligibility.

Once an application has been submitted to the immigration portal and processing has started, refunds will not be available.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days.
